funny how this works... Hmmm... I email saying i did not get anything and was still waiting, not once but on several occations.. there is no response... How is that resolved? I

"I have been in the midst of 87 different things.....all of them annoying and this is the last thing I need to concern myself with since I was under the impression that it was a done deal......let me know what you think needs to happen and we will go from there. "

What the hell does that mean? Are you kidding me. We all got lives, apparently the 88th item on the list was me and my money... just one too many things... too bad for me huh???

EVEN NOW... I have had no response... wouldn't one think that if one wanted to make things "right", that contacting the offended would be the VERY least one could do...

Sad.

... Well looks like you have had several people questioning your integrity in the discussion/trader forums... add one more to the list. I have been online trading for years and this is the first time I have encountered any sort of problem.

As you have not responded to my last email and it has been nearly one month since this transaction was begun I will give you one more day to either send my money back via paypal or send out the product that I was promised along with a confirmation number of the shipment.

If I do not hear anything expect this to be taken to the next level.

Hopefully we are dealing with a matter of miscommunication... As you have my money and I have nothing for it I think this problem is clear and entirely in your hands to make it right.

As far as his comments about me. He's a repeat offender on the BTR like this clown. To them I steal a quote:

Hello,

This is Jeremy, the guy that sent you money for some slannesh... and did not recieve.

Several things can happen here...

1. Send me the confirmation number from the shipment of the items... If it is lost in the mail... then that is their bad.

2. Send me back my money to clear your name on this matter.

3. If you did not take it upon yourself to get a confirmation number for the shipment of the models and they are indeed lost (your bad, not mine), why did you not return any of my emails/bartertown mssgs stating that I had not recieved... ??? AND... If i did not get the item, it woiuld have been returned to sender. Did you not put a return address? Anyhow I would be satisfied with you returning Half of my money and calling it a loss on both parties to simply quell this situation.

The fact that you never returned any of my questioning emails as to where my product was leads me to the conclusion that you really don't care that it was lost, if in fact you ever sent anything at all. All the other trades I have done have been at least remotely interested if I recieved what was promised...

Once more, I will hope that this is but a terrible example of miscommunication... Resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Please note that the situation involving the trader you're citing was resolved amicably. Kindly refrain from employing the logical fallacy of creating guilt by unproven association. It's both inappropriate and intellectually lazy.

Ranz has nothing to do with this situation and should not be associated with it.
