Nutcase... I just wanted to take a moment to (sorry guys) go slightly off topic and commend you.
You're still a relatively new trader, but your most recent post in this thread was PERFECT.
NO name calling, no threats... just a simple update with the facts.
Well done.
More people should follow your lead in situations like this.
Eric

Lower rating? You ship first.
Give me a sense of humor Lord. Give me the grace to see a joke.
To get some humor out of life and pass it on to other folk.
I think what this situation needs is some imagination.

Hmmm name from the past
I had issues with Mike in August 2006 as well concerning lack of communications and long time to ship. All was worked out in the end, hope this clears up for everyone.

Still waiting
The saga continues over here. I have a feeling I'm just out of luck. Buyer beware.

You might ask JP for advice? Contact from a real lawyer tends to focus the mind constructively?brettness37 wrote:The saga continues over here. I have a feeling I'm just out of luck. Buyer beware.

Nah, it's not that serious. It's a matter of principal mainly. I like to conduct myself in a certain manner when dealing with people, and while godchyld76 expects and enjoys such treatment, he definately doesn't deliver the same.
Any offer of compensation, a real apology, or even regular email contact would help ease the bad taste in my mouth. Sadly, he's choosing to wait and see, supposedly what Rackham will do, more likely how long I'll continue to ask for him to fix this deal.

re: Still waiting
I hear you & agree - I had just read the latest _Drop Zone_ post and may have gotten the two issues conflated; now there's someone I'd be happy to make an example of but alas I never dealt with him :\brettness37 wrote:Nah, it's not that serious. Sorry to revive old threads. I just wanted to add I had a similar experience to other people here.
I purchased about $160 worth of Trollblood items from Mike on the 14th Feb and only received them yesterday (almost 2 months later). I also received different items from those originally listed (though he informed me last week before the package was FINALLY sent out).
They were badly packaged and damaged in transit.
Given the choice, I wouldn't trade with him again. Use at your own risk.

Then you need to start a new thread on him.Arma wrote:Sorry to revive old threads. I just wanted to add I had a similar experience to other people here.

We're really not supposed to add "Me, too's" onto other people's threads.
Especially ones this old... You're not likely to see a lot of traffic.
