Hey Jim,

I am curious how the wolves spears were snapped when I shipped them in the same packaging they normally come in. Those are normally very safe from any kind of shipping damage.

Regardless, I admit my handling of this particular trade was far from appropriate and again I apologize for all those who were inconvenienced.

I don't know, they were snapped two of them at the blade/staff joint and one of them from the fist/bottom of staff joint. All I can say is how they came to me.

Once all relevant parties are satisfied that the situation is resolved, I will edit the thread title to reflect that state of affairs and then lock the thread.

Insofar as the state of threads here in the Bad Trader Forum, we will edit the titles according to situation updates but we will not delete them. We feel that it is important to retain the records for disputes and their resolutions.

I had hoped to never allow this kind of thread to ever be needed for me, but I handled this situation poorly and this is the result, so I fully understand.

2.0 - If needed, I can send a parts request to Privateer Press for 3 arms/spears. Let me know if they are not able to be repaired....my own personal unit of Wolves are so delicate I rarely use them (use bloodtrackers instead, lol).

Well, it's also important for people to see that while this may have been handled poorly, you are doing the best you can to make it right.

Everyone makes mistakes. It's how we handle them that helps other people see what kind of person we are. IMO, anyway.

I received my parts yesterday. All parts were there except 2 missing Praetorian shoulder pads. I'm not worried about 2 shoulder pads though, I have to order other parts from P.P. so I'll just add 2 shoulder pads to that order. But all other parts were received.

I would also like to point out when dealing with items from PPress, often, even when coming straight from the shelf, pieces will be broken and missing.

Example: I purchased a box of Praetorians and I was missing a shoulder pad and two of sword blades were broken. A quick email to PPress corrected that.
So it is feasible and more than likely that when shipped NIB from one user to another that the pieces were missing/broken when coming from PPress.

Guys, I have done all I can to try to make right the numerous delays and such. Nutcase is my last outstanding trade (except finding the missing UNA trooper for Bretness) and I had the package here at work to ship. It got behind due to the stupid holidays.

I have PM'd him to try to find a suitable add on I can include to offset the time and frustration he has put up with.

Guys, you can see I have been working to make things right in all this. I want to make this right more than any of you realize.

As for what I do with the models, if you knew the number of trades I have made, I often end up with tons of duplicates and things I thought I would want more than 1 or 2 of and then realize I won't use, so I put them back up here. Plus, I have been in a funk lately thinking about getting out of minis gaming (thus all the trades).

Regardless, Nutcase look for your package with added goodies by the end of the week. Brett, if I cannot find the figure, I will paypal you a refund enough to cover a replacement (if that can be done).
