good guy I think
WOW I just looked at this thread and it seems That this guy is a overall good guy and trying to fix things. I have had a horrible run of luck at times before and had to refund money and eat some money correcting problems (mine was a bad, lazy mailroom). All you can do sometimes is say im sorry and make things as right as you can. I know that I have done it and will more likely than not do it again. Just keep your head up and drive on, because it seems that your doing the right thing and trying to fix the problem. Good luck to you all!!

Update
Just an update guys,
I could not do the mail Saturday as I ended up at work. The mailroom was not open on Saturday so I have brought the packages to work (except for yours Brett, have to got to the PO for that since it is international) and will be shipping them from here today. I will have DC numbers later this afternoon for the last of my outstanding trades!
Thanks for the understanding guys, I really appreciate it!

not to mention u can print ups labels online as well....regardless of if you ship your stuff now i can't see any excuse you gave as a valid one for this kind of delay.forkit2you wrote:You can print up a label from USPS.com and they will charge your credit card when they know how much it ways. It is part of the "we'll pick it up at your house" campaign that the post office is using now to take buisness away from fedEx and UPS.

Dude, that's your call and yours alone. It's already been how long for you? You're in the same boat with how many others? These are questions you have to ask yourself and keep the answers in mind when making that decision.
As far what you can do, legally, I'm not too sure, as you DID receive part of your stuff.
You can still go through the typical police/mail fraud route, I'm sure, but that seems a bit harsh for this particular instance. Besides, he genuinely seems to want to make things right. I think it's just a matter of time.
In any event, I stand by my original statement - it is your call alone to make.
