Ok, no problem then. As long as you keep in touch with me with what's going on then it's no big deal. I just start to get alittle worried when I don't hear from people in a while.

Hey man,

I understand your frustration and I share it. I have been doing everything I can to get to the PO, but unfortunately they have construction going on where the PO is located and it makes the limited time I can get to get down there even more limited. I have asked my wife to send it and as far as I am aware it has gone out. I will ask her tonight if she has a DC number and did indeed send it. If not, I will get it out myself in the morning.

Again, I apologize, but the imbeciles that do the city planning here decided to do at least 4 construction/road work projects in the downtown and surrounding area all at that same time and it has gotten a huge public backlash due to the horrible delays and detours it has caused.

I will get back with you tonight or in the morning with a DC# one way or the other!

Thanks,
Mike

Ok, I haven't heard from you in about a week, I haven't received my stuff yet, and it's been over a month. I'm starting to get alittle mad. Has my package shipped yet? If not WHY? If so WHEN did it ship?

So have the bitz and the Harrower shipped out yet? If so could you tell me when they shipped out so I know when to expect them?

No problem, just hadn't hear from you. I know what you mean about the stolen money thing. My roommate just got $180 stolen from his wallet which he was suppose to pay me with so I feel your pain.

***********

On their way my friend...sorry about that (thought I replied to everyone).

Anyway, was distracted...had the displeasure of having $300 stolen from my wallet while at the gym Friday...kind of ruined my weekend (and my ability to send anything).

Let me know when you receive.

I need to leave you feedback this afternoon too.

Thanks for the patience....I appreciate it.

Mike

Also long as you have the parts it's cool. The models didn't need as much work as I thought, sorry I over reacted a bit. Just keep me informed on what's going on.

**********

I will be sending the package with the missing parts and Harrower in the next day or so.

Regarding those needing repair, there should only be two and I have included the replacement spears/arms in the package I sent. Was there more damage in transit?

Let me know.

Mike

Hey I have an issue with some of the models. The Cetrati are missing pieces. Out of the 12 shoulder pads there are suppose to be I only have 4. Also 2 shields are missing. And 2 of the models are going to need major repair. Some of the back flags are missing also. If you have all of these pieces I need them. I can live with the repair work, but I'm not trading complete models for ones missing pieces. Let me know what you think.

Anyway, I will look for the paypal late Friday and send to you on Saturday if that is okay.

Thanks,

My trades

Post by godchyld76 »

Guys,

Just to drop in and comment here....I fully intend to follow through on all of my trades. One area in which I have been lacking on recent trades is pointing out the difficulty getting to the post office is for me and how I get a window to ship maybe two times a week at most (due to work schedule). I often try to get my wife to give me a hand, but her time is limited as well. In addition, there is a HUGE amount of road construction going on throughout the city (particularly in the downtown area), which makes getting to the PO even more difficult.

I do my best to keep my traders informed though sometimes I am not on as often as some would like.

And lastly, if my difficulty shipping leads to an unfairly long wait, I most always include an extra item or money to make up for the time waited.

My most recent delay has been due to some serious health issues and I hope to get to the PO today or Saturday to get the rest of my trades mailed.

I understand this is nothing more than talk at this point, but I hope by the middle of next week all oustanding trades on my side will be received by those that have waited patiently and all will be well. I also ask that people take my rating into consideration...I am an active trader and nearly everyone has been happy with their trades with me.

Going forward, I will do all I can to make my shipping difficulties clear so these types of things do not happen again.

Thanks,
Mike

With all due respect, and it's probably not my place to say, but if you can't manage to ship out within a month and a half of concluding a trade, you should probably hold off trading at all until you have more time in your schedule. It's not fair to the other party, who already fulfilled his end of the deal you made.

Now he is at your whim and "I have been doing everything I can to get to the PO..." is a weak excuse at best.

No offense.

All I'm saying is if you don't have time to conclude your trades promptly, please hold off on trading to avoid situations like these in the future. I'm not telling you what to do; it's just a suggestion.
mon·ey: noun; a good that acts as a medium of exchange in transactions.
Money is a good like everything else; if your rating is lower, you ship first whether money is involved or not.

No offense taken and a great point...one I am going to seriously put into motion.

The one thing that needs to be clarified is that while this has been over a month and a half since the trade was agreed upon, I did ship the package to him...I just accidentally left out some parts (dang Skorne with all their flags and shoulder pads, lol).

Honestly guys, this is my fault, I accept that completely. I should have everything resolved by the end of the week and going forward will be sure to only trade if my shipping availability has improved!

Thanks,
Mike

Regarding this

Post by MokMike »

I am glad to hear this, as one of the other people involved in a trade with you Mike, however, I did notice that the cetratti involved in this trade were also part of the trade you and I agreed to in May. If I need to post the PMs mods please let me know, I am not making a BTR at this time, but I am curious about that point.

No Mike, I actually had two units of Cetrati as I at first did not like the Arcuarii and was mostly playing Xerxes (so the movement through models with his Martial Discipline with shield wall made them more usable). I later bought the Arucarri to add some punch to a 1000 pt Makeda/Xerxes list.

Regardless, they are two separate units...also Mike, if for some reason I did not get enough shoulder pad/flags in the box let me know and I will order them from PP.

Again guys, I really intend to make all well within a week.

Thanks for not jumping the gun on the BTR and as I said before Mike, I included the full Skorne Primal Token set in the box to say thanks for being patient.

Thanks,
Mike

You can print up a label from USPS.com and they will charge your credit card when they know how much it ways. It is part of the "we'll pick it up at your house" campaign that the post office is using now to take buisness away from fedEx and UPS.

Mike,

I brought your box to work with me today, and I just spoke with someone in the mailroom, I can actually mail from here, with tracking! I am going to go down in a few minutes and get it on its way and get you a tracking number here in just a few minutes.

This will make my whole trading life much easier, lol.

I will bring the rest of the packages in tomorrow to send off.

Hope this finally gets everything back on track!
