fraudulent trader: spectersix

i had recently negotiated a trade with the user spectersix trading a warhammer 40k space marine battalion NIB for a warmachine behemoth and a spriggan both NIB. spectersix was more than willing to trade and based on the fact that he had more references than me i sent the space marine battalion to him first. i used the delivery confirmation with him and sent him it the day that i sent out the package:

after about a week or so with hearing no word from specter i checked the usps website and tracked the package which showed that it had been received. i then pmed specter just to make sure he had gotten the package:

hey i was wondering if you sent my warmachine stuff yet...its getting close to 2 weeks and i havent heard anything from you

it is now April 9th and has been well over a month since i sent specter the package and has also been about that long since the user has replied to any of my pms or emails...in short i dont think specter intends to send anything my way. i would not trade with this individual in the future and i dont think anyone else should

File a report with your local and his local police, file a USPS Mail Fraud report, and file a report with the FBI's internet crime division.

Too late to help you here, but I always do a search for the USERID I am looking to trade with. He has 3 BTRs on him here. His feedback also shows 2 neutrals before your bad one.

i checked the trade refs before i sent any packages and at the time he had nothing but good refs, i guess he just decided to stop doing trades with people at the same time

Everybody, Spectersix is a fraudulent trader.

I called the household, and confirmed the phone number and address.

I called the individual and he denied all claims, yet he confirmed the address.

He also sounded like a little kid trying to mask himself and as if he was a foreigner playing stupid.

Ignore the comment about calling him, apparently, by him himself, he said I contacted the wrong number and that is faulty on my part. I contacted him already and so my issue is cleared.

Apparently spectersix has personal issues, he told me he cut off his house phone (which I dont exactly he knew I called and how he all of the suddenly appeared online to clear the issue with me).

So I think that something is indeed going on, but he told me to contact a different number.

Ignore my comment above this, it is just more of him saying this:

My phone number is turned off [cut off I suppose?] from my house,

Baloney. Dont beleive anything people like this tell you. He's buying time,thats all. His name isnt all over the bad trader section for no reason. Contact the authorities, file the necessary papers,do everything you can.
