Well the line is getting long I see. I too made a deal with Robert about a month ago and am starting to feel like I got screwed over. He will not answer emails and now when I call his phone, the message says his box is full and can not recieve any furhter messages.
Here is a listing of our deal. I have made a quick not at the top to sum up the deal I did receive the Army box and the extra DA marines I am missing the unit of terminators that we had oringinally made the deal for before I purchased the army box.

Rob, let me know what you still need from your list. I would really like to get my hands on a DA army box, but dont have the full $168.00 so If you would be willing to swap out some of the boxes I do have in lue of some of the cash I am sure we can come to a deal. Even if you do the 20% on both my stuff and the army box that would help me get to a pont that I can afford the army box. What else do you have? I really dont need the second Librarian but I could always paint and sell the Chapter Master I guess. I could also use a bunch more marines lol. I am not sure if you have any of the DA sprues laying around or are there enough bits to just use regular marines and make them fit in with the DA's? Any chance you would be willing to make it a 10 man unit of the DA's and just take the codex out of the box before you ship it... Just keep your Chapter master and the codex from the box for a 10 man DA unit? Then you could list the Codex on here or just sell it in your store. I am sorry to bug you about it but I started to get worried when I saw some info on the Bad Trader section. I do realize that the issues there were over bits order and that you do have a good amount of "good" feedback when it comes to regular deals and such. Also it looks like one of the guys has an axe to grind on you which is why I am suspecting your account was suspended for.
Anyways if you could, can you let me know when it ships and also if you dont mind can you toss a tracking number on there for me and forward it to me.

Robert, I have given you almost a month and I still have not received my items from you.
I purchased an army box from you and swapped out some stuff and paid you through paypal. All that stuff has arrived but we also had another deal involving a NIB Dread and a NIB Basilisk (both were still in shrinkwrap) for a unit of Terminators with Thunder Hammers that you said you had in hand. I received the army box but have not recieved the Termies.
I had planned on using them in a tournament the other day but you never shipped them. I have given you almost a month and you wont even answer emails and when I call your mailbox if full and I can not even leave a message.
I will be posting on the Bad Trader forum of Bartertown with all the messages we sent back and forth and this evening when I go into work I will be filing a police report with my department (Yes I am a cop). You received goods through the mail and have not come through with your end of the deal. I am not terminating the deal and want my stuff back (NIB Dread and NIB Basilisk).
As of this point, even if you do mail the stuff and it is post marked on 3/13/07 I will return to sender with confrimation.
Please feel free to contact me ASAP to avoid this going to the next step.

At this point I dont believed he has left me many options. I will be making a complaint report this evening when I report for duty. I have also spoken to the city prosecutor about the matter and he is looking into what charges would be warranted for the situation if it is not resolved. After reading some of the posts in here I think I will also contact the local post master and make him aware of the complaint.
I am not looking to screw Robert over I just want my stuff back. If anyone here knows him personally and want to try to keep this from getting worse please contact me by PM or email at OSSO@OSSO.US so we can speak about the matter.
Also I would like some feedback from the group as to what steps I have not thought about yet.
