ITL broken again, a couple admin question

couple questions

any idea when the ITL will be fixed i got a broken message?

is it possible to add the previous email address from the same account to be combined with my current one? my name crosses its is just a change where i moved yrs ago.

i dont even care if the addresses from bellsouth is changed to hotmail. that is why i kept the same prefix.

i have a rating of 70 under hotmail but a 90 under my name if searched and should be 108 if you combine both addresses.

ITL is fixed now, your references have been put together under your current email.
