My 1st of the new AoS models.
1st pic has a current SM terminator and assault marine for scale.
Sorry about the fuzziness on the 2nd and 3rd. I guess I zoomed a little too close. I was trying to beat the 'liquid sunshine'; rain.

So, 2 points, like terminators.

And finally finished an Ogre butcher.

I'm still not happy with the face. I wanted it to 'pop' and draw attention to it...just couldn't get it to happen.

Guess that's why there's not a kturock's painting thread.

2 more points.

4 total.

For some reason, I couldn't see the image.
Do they meet the minimum standards?

Lower rating? You ship first.

Give me a sense of humor Lord. Give me the grace to see a joke.

I think what this situation needs is some imagination.

Akum is trying to get some more pictures to show them in more details and replace the missing picture.

2 game nights were canceled this week so I got more time to paint.

So a friend of mine plays Space Pups. He painted up a Drop Pod but when he put the wash on it became very messy; and so he asked if I could "touch it up".

5 points? 6 points? Not sure what a Drop Pod falls under.

Did up Logan for our Space Pup player.

The only thing I did with airbrush is the Terminator armour and the sleigh base. Too much detail in such a small space to use the airbrush effectively so this model really pushed my brush skills.

No clue on point cost.

Good painting 3E,

I think logan and his sled could be worth 6 points, let me know if this sounds fair and 5 points for the drop pod so a total of 11 points added.

Finally finished. [mostly]
I've primed, painted and stripped this model several times since last year. It started off black & red, then red and gold now finally gold, bronze and silver/boltgun.
It's fully magnetized; except for the rear legs. I've painted almost everything. The gun head, and 4 guns need to be finished for the forgefiend, but the maulerfiend is done. [except for needing another set of magnets on the front arms.

Speaking of finished, has anyone had problems with the GW technical paints? I used Martian Ironearth on the base. When it dried, it flaked off in some spots. When I asked the GW store manager he just looked at me. His fill-in guy siad it was because the paint wasn't put on evenly. Hate to tell them, but it was uneven in several places that held and I've used the black/grey cracked earth without a problem. I re-painted the entire base with an old GW paint called Terracotta. After it was dry, I repainted it with the Martian earth. It didn't crack as much but it didn't flake either. I watched the GW how to use the technical paint, and it didn't say or show painting the base before.

5 points I believe. Since the extra parts won't get me any extra points, I won't post them when they're done.

Nice work cleaning up the drop pod, 3eland, just getting back into round 2 of trying to learn the airbrush...

I've temporarily removed 525 points from Akum after PM'ing him since the picture of his zombies as been removed from the hosting site. As soon as he gets a chance of taking a new picture of them, I will add the points again.
