Sorry for the lag time in my responding. Been overwhelmed at work. Ok, here's the deal. After the initial contact with the St. Thomas PD I have not heard back from them. I've sent an e-mail every other day for the last two weeks with no response. I'm calling them today to see what's up with the investigation. I'm getting the feeling they don't want to bother with the time over a few "toy soldiers". Once again, sorry for the lag time here. My schedule has cleared up a bit so I can focus more time on getting things rolling. If I do not get any help from the St. Thomas PD I'm going up a step to the Ontario Provincial Police. I will do better in keeping you notified.

Sorry for the delay in posting. Life and all. Anyway, here is the skinny on this.

After not hearing back from the St. Thomas PD I contacted the Ontario Provincial Police. Nothing from them either. It seems as if they take the call, accept the report, then go about their business of catching other criminals. I've given up. I can't get any response out of either Police Department after many emails and calls. I'm sorry to say this will have to go to someone else to try and get resolution. I'm half PO'd at the attitude of the Canadian Law Enforcement. Mr. Jones... I know you're reading this. You've gotten away from me sir. You've taken so many people for so many things. I hope you find your just rewards sir. I'm not a religious man but fate has a way of evening things out. I hope you never run into me sir. I will take what you owe me out of your hide. If you think I don't mean it show up at my door. You have my address. It was on the box I sent you with all the minis in it.

Good day,
To my surprise I was contacted by the St. Thomas Police this morning. The Constable in charge of this case informed me that because of the low dollar value (under $500 US) this would fall under a civil case. She was very helpful with her information. Mr. Jones does in fact live at the address he has stuff shipped to. She has talked to the guy and set up an appointment for him to talk to her. He didn't show. (imagine that) She went to his house and he either was not home or did not answer the door. I informed her of the many people Steve has screwed over on this site alone and gave her the address to bartertown and this thread. She could not enter the site due to her systems php blocker. She said she would try from a different computer and take a look. If you want to pursue this feel free to contact the St. Thomas Police at 519-631-1224 and file charges with the criminal investigation unit. Canadians will have better luck at getting this guy because of international law jurisdictions. I truly believe if enough people take the time and file charges Steve will be in a world of hurt. I guess I started it, feel free to add your complaints and maybe something will get done. The St. Thomas police also have a website you can use to get in contact.
