What color for blonde?

I'm working on some dwarfs and what to have a couple with light[er] hair. Not truely blonde, per say, but definately not brown.
What colors do you [professionals especially] use?

I used to use Snakebite Leather and go up to...the Khaki colour? Mixed with a little white, maybe?

That's pretty much what I do but I use bleached bone too.

bone with just a touch of yellow. shade by adding an orange brown (i.e. nothing too red or too cold)

scorched brown (don't remember the new GW name)/burnt umber is an example what I'd consider a cold brown. Desaturated, dark, I think there might be some blue in it to get it that dark.

per the GW conversion chart. scorched brown is now Rhinox Hide.
I use Raw Umber as the base coat for bases.
