Why do people not listen?

Just curious. There is an annoying trend in the bad trader forum where everyone (and their moms) that posts a "possible bad trader" never posts their proof until an admin or BT vet points out that they need to do that. Wouldn't it make more sense to just be prepared before you post things like this especially when it states this in the rules? I was just wondering if anyone else is bothered by the lack of respect for BT's rules. I am no angel by any means but I have certainly learned my lesson and adhere to them now.

I'm going to guess that 80-90% of rule violations are due to ignorance stemming from having not read the rules. I'm not convinced there is much that can be done about that, besides the current policy of reminding people about the rules whenever they are broken.
