That's freaking low prices on some of this stuff...
How's the quality of the tools? I mean overall. I don't expect their 20$ airbrushes being the same as a Sotar...

As good as you'd expect for a $20 airbrush. It's a cheap Chinese model. If you want a long term, fancy, delicate model; to use to make your living paiting t-shirts, and such, then it won't be for you.
If you want to learn how to use one, or just to primer or base coat models. Are a little rough and might drop it, then a cheap one will work.
I know several painters; pro and amateur, who use it; for the simple reason. It's $20, WTF, if it breaks you buy another.

They have a TEN DOLLAR (!) aribrush there. I really like the "Quick Change Aribrush Kit." Eleven-ninety nine, and it comes with 5 paint jars.
Reviews say that the plastic bottle melt easily from chemicals, but I have never known acrylic paint to melt plastic. LOL

First:

If you're serious about the painting aspect of the hobby, do yourself the favor of getting acquainted with airbrushes - if nothing else, it is AWESOME for blowing through the priming & basecoating steps. It's also "Eco-friendly" (no VOCs to worry about) which means you can use it indoors without worrying about getting high on noxious fumes (use precaution around things that you don't want stains on... i.e. the carpet your <wife/significant other/mother> will kill you). Another plus is the fact that you can spray whatever color you already own, including whatever custom colors you've cooked up.

Now, about the Harbor Freight airbrush...

I wholeheartedly endorse this statement (actually the entirety of what kturock said).

I would add that if you are going with the Harbor Freight package, get a moisture trap for the compressor. Moisture will mess up flow and make the airbrush spit and sputter... not something you want if a nice even coat is what your aiming for.

Ideally, my suggestion would be to find someone who has an airbrush setup and test it out (saving yourself the cost and trouble if you wind up feeling that it's too much trouble).

The true economy route would be to grab a cheap airbrush, ditch the compressor, and grab a bike pump and inner tube!

I have a feeling some idiot decided to use acetone to clean the bottle out .

Right you are! However, caveat: I've had the experience of the moisture trap going bad... twice. Could be bad luck, but just throwing it out there as fair warning.

Yes, they run $10 at Home Depot, if you need to replace the trap. Meantime, he doesn't need to buy one.

Ok, i've been looking up some things on Amazon, and i just wonder if anyone has any advice on pin vises, When i searched there on amazon it showed a dizzying amount of different brands.
