Hi. My name is Ken Portner. I have actually been a B town user for quite awhile under the name Bede19025. Unfortunately, I'm also a Verizon customer and I now understand that there is some sort of problem between B town and Verizon (I'm not a computer expert and don't exactly understand this).

I haven't been able to figure out how to access my account. I even had a friend who isn't a Verizon customer email the admins here to let them know I was trying to log in.

Anyway, that is my story and I hope the Admins will allow me to participate again.
