Sadly doing this for the second time on Bartertown, last time it was resolved withing about 6 months. I hope this one goes quicker.

Intro:

So to summarize/introduce the problem, I was messaged by xenoman on June 10th asking about necron spyders( 3 specifically). Through several messages spanning the time of Less than 10 hours we had sent several messages and come to a deal which specifically would be 3 necron tomb spyders for 20 kroot and 25$. I mailed my package the next day due to him having more references on bartertown. I gave him the tracking number, he recieved the package saying there were a couple breakages due to the shipping/handling or my packing. On the 13th he recieved the package, on the 14th and said he would send it in a couple of days. On the 19th, and the 20th I inquired about the models. He read the message on the 19th and has yet to sign back on and read any messages since there where I told him I would put a BTR if he did not respond/send models/communicate within a certain period of time. On the 22nd I told him I would be filing a BTR and would also file mail fraud if needed and here I am.

I also noticed you're looking for Kroot. i've got some Kroot and three Kroot Hounds that I'm not using.

They are painted/partially stripped though

Say 20 kroot vs 3 spyders. Assuming we both agree that 3 spyders are worth more than 3 spyders, how would we make it even. ( 3 spyders 33$ a piece retial vs 16 kroot at 36.25 retail.)

hah well i dont want to be a dick and end up putting a number too high or whatever. But lets say the 29 kroot are 45.3$ retail, and the 3 spyders are 99. So about half the "retail" value. Obviously not the real value, but maybe 25-30$? about 2/3 of the retail difference.

Usually I try to abide by the Bartertown standard where the lower rating ships first. I've had to do my fair share of sending first before I completed more trades.

I have attempted to google and look up if he has any history and I have yet to find anything. I am going to wait a few days to give bit of a grace period before I file mail fraud/police report.

In his transaction history it shows no bad behavior which seems odd to me. But his communication was stellar until he had to send his part of the deal thus my suspicion and expectations of fraud.
Looking for advice and help via the mods here, or anyone who previously traded with him who may have his phone number/more contact information.
