Hello everyone, was hoping I would never have to post something along these lines.....
Anyways. Situation is that I sent out some Steel Legion troopers to someone, using one of those Automated Postal centers that some post offices are getting now. Basicly, its like an ATM that weighs your packages and prints out shipping labels with your postage. I sent the package 1/26/06, Along with 2 other packages, Delivery confirmation on all three. One is delivered already, one is in the state its supposed to be, but not marked as delivered as of this post, thou probably is being delivered today, and the third shows "No Record". Ive got the recepit, and double and triple checked the number on entry, and still not showing anything.
How worried should I be about where this package is? I called the 1-800 number for the post office, and they said I have to wait 14 days to file any claims of missing, and that if the confirmation number is showing no record, that I cant do anything. Also, the local post office's number isnt listed online. Should I wait and see if it just wasnt scanned? Or go to the post office and talk to someone in person?
Thanks for any advice and help,
-E

Yup, they showed up today. I wasn't going to get worried personally until a week after you'd shipped them, and wouldn't have left you negative feedback either way since you were shipping first - I wasn't losing anything.
If push came to shove and I wanted to see if you'd shipped them when you said you did, I would've just checked the postmark when they showed up on my end.
Yours are going in the mail tomorrow, hopefully they'll show up before the end of the week!
