Seriously, as the title says, I've been trying to trim down what I have...but it won't go away. I know it's a good problem to have but JEEEEZ!
Admittedly, I'm sure to have GW ADD but I've got a Marine Scout army that's been sitting in their unwrapped boxes for a few months now.
Being a huge procrastinator, I plan to update this post with a full To-Do list, update complete items and look at the results periodically.

Re: My ever growing project pile!
thats quite a lot to do, hopefully you havent set any social plans for say...... oh the next 2 years lol. My list cant be much smaller, though im kinda wierd about unassembled models i cant use so everything i have is at least assembled. Painting on the other hand, i have metric tons of metal and plastic lol. Just an example i have the entire gw fantasy terrain line sitting on my shelf awaiting paint, 3000 points of skaven bare plastic, about 6000 points of dark angels of which i have painted maybe 1000 points of, about 100 points or more of cygnar which is unpainted except for a journeyman, and the full army loadout for blindwater congregation still bare metal. Thats just off the top of my head for the two main games i play, i know i have other armies for malifaux, bfg, mordhiem, bloodbowl, and pit fighter i still need to start painting too. So i feel ya pain man, i feel ya pain lol

Re: My ever growing project pile!
CMD- I'm working to get everything assembled, usable and ready for paint...it's just so darn much! I am glad to see I'm not the only one who collects too much.
I've made some progress and tried to update the OP to show as such.
I've done a LOT of work on my Daemons, both 40k and Fantasy. I've stripped the paint off all of them, assembled everything (say what you want about Finecast, it does have it's flaws, but assembling the Bloodthirster was cake), and the Fantasy stuff is ready for the airbrush, while the 40k Daemons have all had grit applied to the bases. I've also got a few minor details to hit and I'll be done with my Daemon Prince, not horrible progress I suppose

Re: My ever growing project pile!
lol yeah i have more than i actually play with, ive been trying to narrow down my collection some lately but then i just keep adding to other stuff. Lately ive added all my new terrain i made this week to my shelf on top of everything else. At least its painted and completed. The loss of my job recently freed up allot of time which helps get stuff done but puts a stop to further purchases so at least ill have some time to catch up. The way i see it any model completed no matter what size is a good step.
