Lizardmen

1 Slann - I love this model. Brought it to my FLGS for my first game with it. Everybody was commenting about it, and a close friend picks up the model to admire it closely and turns it to the side and the slann falls off as it is not glued in, hit so hard it actually flattened some of the slann's earrings chipped the paint. Needless to say i was a little upset. Did some repairs and it looks alright.

1 Carnosaur
I am happy with the yellow and brown color scheme. This turned out better than I expected.

One more weekend of heavy painting may have brought me ahead of Pork.

my quick count is 353... Pork before latest enter was 359.

Pork after latest enter 433.

I have some more serious work to do.

I do have a new Deamon army to paint, as well as 40 Necron Warriors I just picked up, and a bunch of FOW Infantry.

Points updated after me being a lazy SoB for far too long. Gerry jumped ahead of me. Pork is sitting pretty at 433pts. and Norse has 300. Norse, I think you were over-pointing some of your stuff by a fair bit.

First, the Giant, as you said is only worth half points so that should be 2.5, but I rounded it up to 3. The Greater Demons are all worth 5 except for the Tzeentch demon which is the old mini sculpt so I only gave that 3. Same with the Demon Princes, they aren't big enough to count as true monster models. I was actually debating sticking them at 2 points with the Ogres and Trolls but the wings made me give them the extra point. Your FoW stuff I gave all the tanks 3 points, (sorry, but even though the Tigers are SLIGHTLY larger, they are not large scale 15mm models. I was thinking things that, while in 15mm, were roughly the size of a 28mm rhino.) All the trucks count as 15mm cavalry as they are of a size and so got 2 points each. If you can show me what you were thinking I might adjust somewhat.

I had just did a quick count...Hadn't seen a bigger 15mm model than the king tigers so figured they were large models. Looks like Har0 only gave me 2 points per truck as well, I had counted them the same as tanks, as the are the same size. Lost a lot of points there. I have some more empire and fow stuff that i forgot to submit, just havent had time to take pics.

I've been painting. I've got hundreds (around 400) already done in various sizes, including FOUR titans.
I'll be waiting until 12/31 and submitting them all at once, for a dramatic come-from-behind victory!

I could turn out one more Titan than that--maybe I should get my airbrush out and see what can be done on that front.... :P

I have decided to give three points for the trucks. I've upped Norse's points regarding those alone. Pork also gets 17 points for his recent additions.

I must say that this contest has been REALLY awesome, it's given me an excuse to sit my ass down and do some serious painting. I have listened to 4 and a half books of the games of thrones series in the last few months while painting. Great series. Not getting much yard work done but meh... i do that in the spring.

I haven't posted in FOREVER so here's a couple of things.

First 12 skeletons I cranked out a while ago that I just never posted.
TombSkellies.jpg
...and then a couple shots of my entry for the DP9 Golden Gear Best General category. This is the very first Heavy Gear model I've ever painted and I really did enjoy it. I think I might pick up a few more.
