How do I get trade references transferred from an old acct?

Hello there,

I went through a divorce a few years ago, and was on here on bartertown.

Is there a way that I could get my old trade references transferred to my new user name as the old email account went with the ex wife when she took the old computer?

If you still have access to the old account, you can change the email attached to it.

1) From the main page, click "User Control Panel".
2) Click on the Profile tab.
3) Click on "Edit Account Settings" in the list on the left.
4) Enter the new email address in the spot on the right.


Once you have done that, I would suggest you PM MagickalMemories to get this account deleted so you don't accidently fall under the sock puppets rule.

Just Adam, I am afraid. Mods and other Admin cannot access the Trade Reference System.

Lin, Morlock, MM and myself can delete references, but that is about the limit.

We CAN change around email addresses and how they are attached to accounts, but for looking up past references while using emails.. your best bet is probably to put a link or explanation in your sig file.

So what is adam's username then? How would I send him a PM?

His nic is TrademasterAdam and you send a PM by going into the User Control Panel and hitting the "New PM" button..
