Downtime 9/29

Post by montaa »

Anyone else have a long period of down time on the 29th?

I was looking at the attached screen most of the day.

Not alone in that one. Is there a way to export all my messages (inbox, outbox, sent, basically everything) to Word or something like that in case something does happen???

Ditto Montaa!

... and it was off again on again too. For some reason, I seemed to be able to chack and receive pms in between that screen. Seems like it appeared everytime I went outside of my pm page too.

This morning, things appear back to normal though (thankfully!)

If you want to save your messages, you can export them page by page from the main PM Inbox.

See attached. I recommend exporting them in XML, its the cleanest look.

I can only assume that the site was taken down for maintenance.

Site was down twice.
Late on the 28th to early the 29th, the site would just lock up my brownser when I tried to get in (I've heard reports that I'm not alone on this).
Site came back up for a bit on the 29th, then went back down, giving the error that montaa posted.

I haven't heard anything from Lin or Adam on it. Might be site related. Might be host related.
Don't know, at this point.
