Decals?

Does anyone here print decals? I remember a year or so ago talking to someone about them...can't recall who though.

Or does anyone know a company that does?

Dont they sell blank "decal sheets" that you can print whatever you want onto? That way, you could just buy a pack of them, find what you want on them and photoshop (or whatever program you use) them to look just right/be the right size and then just hit print.
I gotta admit, I'm too lazy/cheap to try it myself, byt I'm sure I saw them advertised.
