Really? Wow, what a total (jerk).

You should appeal that Neg ASAP, because you didn't do anything wrong.

And definitely, you should Neg him when the final trade is done...

Yup, it quite blatantly a revenge thing/retaliatory. Im appealing it. Im going to wait for the Admin/Mods to decide on the issue & then post a reference they think is fair. Im still out my shipping costs & items.

I left him a negative reference.

Still no items, refund or reply from him.

If someone can receive the items exactly as agreed on, I receive nothing in return, yet get a negative reference- then something is wrong here. I was given the negative for wanting what was agreed on.

I've had some bad dealings with him also.
He wanted to buy some items, then backed out saying it wa now a trade or nothing.
I just added him to my do not trade list.

He was running a business, then closed it down. I don't know if he ever was an advertiser here or not. He ran big going out of business and going out of gaming sales; yet still is trading for gaming. Go figure.

I guess it wasn't just the economy that made him go out of business.

The Neg ref against should defiantely be removed by the mods/admins.
Heh, I was called a Grognard. ;-)

No number, no way to find.

There used to be a form to file, called "lost mail form". The patch-up areas, where damaged is repaired, and the lost mail section of the post office; but neither exsists anymore. [abolish the job and thus, there is no need for the mail]
