I feel your pain Montaa! The posts like you mentioned seemed to be getting more frequent. I wonder why they aren't getting driven away, or if they are getting trades with only other new people. The I have under 10 rating and you must pay first mentality kills me.
Please ship to my by post office, couriers pull all kinds of shenanigans with customs fees
