Battle Worn Darius

Post by gardenninja »

Ok, so here's something I did fairly recently. I don't know if there are any techniques in particular for me to talk about here, he's got a lot of different things going on.

Overall, I was going for a very worn feel, and I think I pulled that off.

I put up a blog entry on how I did the lightning arcs for him.

Anyway, here he is:

Commentary is always welcome.

I guess I can see that. I don't feel the same way though, the mini looks pretty well counterbalanced to my eyes, but that's me.

It looks a little leaning forward to me, but I think it is a nice pose. Looks like he is moving and not just standing there. I really like the paint job!
If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my underwear!

Buy, sell or trade....it's all the same to me. Lower refs pays/ships first!

Tyrants can not be stopped by earnest words and furrowed brows. Action, strong bold action coming from a position of strength and determination, is the only effective deterrent.
