I think I might know him -- distantly, at least. There was (I'm pretty sure) a "Dan Clark" who is on the GWUS Community Development team forums as a Kommando, who also is a regular at a LGS near Worcester. I'll look into it and get back to you.

I've confirmed that there is only one Dan Clark listed in the Worcester area, with that same address. Since you've exhausted the phone number, that's no help. I'm entirely certain that this is the same Dan Clark I know through the Community Dev forums. I'll try contacting him through there, see if I can get any response, and then maybe contact Chris Gohlinghurst to see if we can't put a little pressure on him over there. I'm also contacting the owner of his LGS to see if he can help. If you want to PM me an e-mail address, I could always put the two of you in touch.

I've posted links to this thread on the gamestore forums in the Worechester MA area as well as the privateer forums and fell calls. He still refuses to answer phone calls or respond to emails. Not sure how much a mail fraud claim will do to solve the issue, seems like I might be out of luck

I PM'ed the number. He has replied to emails finally but his phone is still full. I'm still getting the runaround he replied back on the 20th and said he'd ship it out in a week (didn't happen), then he replied back on the 28th saying he was having trouble locating the stuff he agreed to trade (even though when I talked to him on the phone prior to sending my stuff he said it was all packed up and would ship once my half arrived), Then he replied on May 2 and said he'd ship what he had on monday and send a tracking number and list of what he owed (Never happend).

So now he's at least returning some emails, but it's just to stall and give me the runaround.

You should be hearing from the Postal Inspector soon. Your failure to send your half of the agreed to trade constitutes mail fraud, which is punishable by a $5000 fine and/or 1 year imprisonment. I will follow through with this claim and be sure to press all applicable charges.

I hope you enjoy the models you "stole" from me. The owners of The Whiz and Rising Phoniex have pictures and are aware of the situation, so good luck playing at any of your FLGs.

It's incredibly crappy that you took advantage of Bartertown to rip people off on multiple occasions and I believe your time on that forum is up unless you make good on this in the next 48 hours.

I'll be posting this information on EVERY other trading forum so people will be aware that you should be avoided.

You said before that you had a daughter, what kind of example are you setting for her? Do you really want to be no better then a common thief? I saw the posts where you had "ripped off" gnard, and you blamed it on some "kid." I think that's a load of bull.

For your own sake I would hope that you make this right by either sending what you promised and providing a UPS tracking number or returning what I sent you and providing a UPS tracking number. If you return my stuff I'll reimburse you for the shipping and call it a wash.

First you said you'd ship it on the 27th of April, then you couldn't find the stuff you had allegedly "ready-to-ship", then you said you'd send it on the 4th and email me a tracking number. Just to let everyone know Daniel Clark AKA Lost Closet, has not come through with any of his end of the trade. At this point I feel I'll never see my models again nor get compensated for my loss. I've posted this warning on all the message boards for the game stores in his area and hopefully he'll be shunned there. I filed a mail fraud claim with the postal inspector and am looking into small claims court, I'm not sure how that works across state lines though.
