Here I am again. These things seem to be getting common lately. Here is a deal made between myself and Evardsdare. It has been well over a month since the deal was made and almost 3 weeks since I have even gotten a message from him.

If you are interested, I can send you a detailed list of what is in the army. For now I can tell you there is 70+ marines, 2 speeders (unprimed) 1 dreadnaught and some devastators. I am interested in the following.

Here is the list.

30 bp/ccw
24 bolter
2 missle launcher
4 las cannon
2 with pair of lightning claws
5 termies ( 3 with pair of claws, 2 with hammer and shield )
12 flamers
2 bp/pf
2 hammer and bolter
2 land speeders weapon not attached but included, bare plastic
1 dreadnought with assault cannon/ccw

That is 72 marines, 6 devastators, 2 land speeders and 1 dreadnought. To sweeten the deal I can include 4 star wars escape pods I use as drop pods. What edition are the high elves?

They're all the latest edition. I also have a few metal heroes without arms\bits that are older but all the ones I listed are the latest.

Most (95%) of the marines are the multipart plastics, some have black templar weapons. A few (like 3 or 4) are the one piece metal beakies from a few years back. The termies are privious metal ones but are on the larger bases like they should be. The land speeders are current as is the dreadnought. The dread is not from Assault on Black Reach. Would you like the drop pods as well?

Sorry for the delay the post office has been wanting to charge me an arm and a leg because the dimensions on the package are over their standard fare so I have been waiting for my paycheck from work before I send it. If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

Hi. I'm not sure if you wanted me to send you a PM or post this on the Backouts thread you posted. I'll send it privately until I hear otherwise.

I am sorry that I have kept you hanging like this for so long. The army I agreed upon sending is still packed up and with me and was not sent mostly out of negligence by now, the same with my lack of communication. When I have been on has been spotty at best and after so long I feared that you'd simply would want to drop the trade after the lack lustre performance on my part.

What would you want to do to resolve this matter? I also understand if you want to have me listed with bad feedback.

Bad feedback would not be warranted as goods actually haven't changed hands, just agreed upon. I would like to still do the trade if at all possible. If you have changed your mind, that is fine too. Let me know what you want to do. Again, I cannot and would not leave bad feedback since we have only agreed upon a trade and not actually sent anything yet. That would be against the rules.

I will put in the backout thread that I have heard from you and and post the upated PM I got from you as well as this one and we can go from there. I will leave it up to you if you want to continue the trade or not. I will give you 48 hours to decide. If I don't hear from you I will just consider the trade dead and move on. I am not going to freak out about it.

At this point I would like to call off the trade. My major reason for trying to round out my Marines army, the Baltimore Grand Tournament, I won't be going to anymore and I have had offers made for what Space Marines I do have.

Also, for fun, you might try Checking References for Evardsdare... but do it by entering "DeMent" into the "Real Name" slot.
