He gave me bad feedback for not including an exarch that he never asked for.... Not to mention he stated he shipped something via UPS and then two weeks later it shows up US postal...

If you would like to see evidence just PM me I will forward all of the PMs I got from him, and a photo of the box he sent to if your interested. I guess this is what i get for trading with people that have zero feedback...

You should read the rules. Without evidence this thread is likely going to get locked and you will probably get a vacation.

Hiya,

You really should read the rules. I see you're new and all, but that doesn't give you a free pass to claim ignorance of the rules.

I'll give you 48 hours to read the rules and post a reply containing ALL the required information. Otherwise you're most likely looking at a vacation.

I know someone who goes by Forlorn Hope on another forum I frequent and would like to know if you have his email and more importantly proof he is a bad trader. I mean it sounds like the trade happened and he was miffed from the lose of the Exarch but you both got everything right?

The reason I ask is I have a possible deal with him coming up and would like to know if it is a bad idea.

Thanks for taking that step.

For the record, though... it's 48 hours. I was unaware, at the time, that the ORIGINAL time frame was 24 hours, then bumped to 48. The Watchman in question did a good job and was generous to amend his time frame and expand it. I'm not going to overrule that.

For everyone else... We've all commented enough on what he needs to do. No more "post proof" or similar comments, please.

As an update:

24 hours has come and gone since I PMed the OP. The message was moved from my Outbox to my Sent Items box at approximately 1500 hours yesterday. At this point in time, the OP has not replied to me via PM.

This is what he posted about me:

"I traded a Leman Russ for a Warp Spider Squad and warlock. He lied about when he shipped it (shipped 2 weeks after claim), it didn\'t include exarch as asked for, and communication was bad."

As you can see he never asked for an exarch, and as per the late shipping I will ask my wife if she kept the shipping recipts. If not I can try to get a copy from my credit card company. He also sent his package on the 28th not the day he stated, I can go through my cardboard recyclables and try to get a pic of the send date if i have to also. As to my charge of not sending UPS I confused this trade for a Dakka trade that I did recently, and I am sorry for the mistake.

The package arrived today. You didn't send it on the 10th, by the way...

Maybe I wasn't specific, but I was under the impression that the spiders were with an exarch.

It's an exterminator platform. 2 twinlinked autocannons. If you want a standard turret, I have one but it has some flocking on it.

I think we have a deal, just need to know which turret you want. I'll have to wait till Tuesday to mail it.

Hi Chris,

You're not done for yet. Since the other guy has admitted to receiving the package you don't really need the scan of the shipping info. You DO need the complete set of PMs and/or emails sent between the two of you along with the headers for said communications so we can check time, date, etc... Also, it REALLY helps if you can post it all in chronological order or the admins get headaches trying to make heads or tails of the list.

If you can get all this in order it's still possible that things could go your way and it's in everyone's best interest to get the whole story so we can see if the other guy is genuinely a bad trader here on BTown.

So don't despair just yet!

I am sorry for posting in haste and anger, it was a mistake. At this point, I already threw away the shipping recipts so I will not be able to post all the required information. Please delete my post and enact what ever punitive measures you see fit.

Seeing as you're relatively new to trading it's been decided to allow you 48 hours to get your information in order and post it. However, after that time the normal disciplinary actions for bad BTRs will go into effect.
