Bad Traders making new accounts
Hey, just wondering if Bartertown has a way to tell if bad traders ditch old accounts and just make new ones? Is there a way to see the ISP number or see some sort of hard drive "finger print" to tell if someone is really faking it as someone else? Just wondering, thanks!
