I have asked for an update as to what has been done. I will inquire into the possibility of a home visit.

The wheels of justice turn slowly, but they are turning. I am very optomistic on the progress so far.

If your $70 wasn't enough, I'm hoping my $580 turned their head... :-|

Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice.

Norseman gets the "Insidius/Bulldog" award for 2008.

Yes. I know it's 2009.... Most of his work was done in '08, though. Duh.

Bravo!

Thank you for your leadership and tenacity in this issue; I imagine Mr. Bartle will not feel so anonymous shortly.
Thanks for the update.

EXCELLENT!! Great Job Norseman!!

Now if joseph would have simply listened to me and sent out the models he did have and the money he took from others, he wouldnt be in this trouble.

Again, great work!

I'd be very interested to see a copy of the police report once it's available. As the complaintant/ victim, you should be able to have a copy sent free of charge. There should be some synopsis of what happened, including any details they got from Mr. Bartle and what he's being charged with, if anything.

Fantastic job so far fellas. Continue to follow up.

Wonderful to see this thread. Our mutual acquaintance has caused some fraud over on my board as well, and he personally owes me about $40.00 US for costs covering shipping brand new-in-the-box figs to him last year. I have sent several requests to him and after a few lame excuses he stopped responding.
