So define: 'Constantly' or 'Repeatedly' please?

Is that more frequent than every single day of the week at all 5 of the phone numbers I have for Aaron, his home and his work or is that a little excessive?

And you poor little monkies think I'm kidding. But seriously I AM poking a little fun at Eric at the same time, but for real, this is crap that Aaron is getting away with this. So I am taking the opportunity to try and correct the issue through persuasion.

That's 9-9 according to the time zone you are CALLING, Mr. Lictor. :-? :)
I would say, though, that ANY hours the business is open would be "fair game" (no pun intended), as long as it isn't CONSTANT or REPEATEDLY calling.

Dammit, flagg... Don't encourage him!

It's like laughing at a 3 year old when he sticks his finger in the dog's butt... You know it's just going to encourage him to do it again!

OK, I understand that you're pissed.

Don't harrass - go through the police. Have them stop by to inquire as to the situation, noting that this is approaching mail fraud. He may not like the phone calls, but he's going to like it a lot less when a the cops inquire for him at work...

if you mailed him somehting, and he was supposed to mail you something in return, and didn't; it's mail fraud.
plain and simple.
you call the cops, the postal inspectors and ask to file charges.

if you harass him, at his work and or his home or cell.. he can and should file charges on you. they, you'll be the 1 in jail and a record.

and maybe no minis.. good thinking.

You are allowed to call him, just dont go overboard. Its perfectly legal to call someone in an attempt to recover property/money they owe you. IMHO it is a good idea to call him, so he knows you are serious and this problem will not go away. Just dont call 10 times a day, be reasonable.

Just as an update, I've been told every single time I call his place of employment, that hes not there. No answer at the house number either.

File fraud charges. Push it as far as you can go. Send a letter to his Boss. Call his local PD. When (If) the reference system ever is working again, bomb him with a negative.

Call and ask who the "Area Manager" is.
Ask for HIS number or a number where you can leave a message for him.

Contact him.

When you speak with him, give him ALL the details and ask him if he thinks he can help you speak with his employee or if you should contact the FBI & USPS.

An actual update now. I've just gotten off the phone with Aaron Gunckle. He told me that he was not the one to trade with me and he had launched his own police investigation in to whoever has committed fraud with his name. True or not, my only course of action at this point is law enforcement. On top of that he claimed he had already sent me money to make this problem go away, which I had never gotten into contact with him prior to this. To finally get in contact with him, I had to call who I believe was the area manager, who told me a number I already had and told me he couldn't help. Leave many many messages at his place of work and his home phone as it was given to me, is now disconnected. I'm going to try the law enforcement numbers listed earlier in this thread and hope for some help there.

Another small update, I filed my complaint or whatever you call it, with the sheriff's office today. They told me that they would conduct an investigation and this would probably end up a civil matter that would require me to go to civil court, which I'm fine with. I gave them all contact information I could as well as the entire correspondence and shipping information. Not sure if theres anything more to do.

If you have a way of getting in touch with him again, then do.

Tell him he has three choices.

1) Send you the $ via Western Union within 7 calendar days
2) Send you a POSTAL Money Order for the amount. It has 10 business days to arrive. He MUST send it with a Delivery Confirmation and he MUST give you the DC# withiv 7 calendar days
3) Provide you with a copy of the police report (if he filed one, he can get a copy - if he says he doesn't have one).

Do NOT take his word for it.

Tell him you've contacted the Sheriff & you will file reports with the USPS & FBI if he doesn't do one of the above 3 things.

We can get you links to the USPS & FBI sites, if you need them.
