Okay this has been a long time coming. I've tried to resolve this peacefully but now I've gone from dodgy responses to no responses.

Here is the Message trail as far as I can piece it together, and the earliest of messages are gone, but they aren't that important to the over all.

I have the captain with the cloak, powerfist, and scanner helmet. I think he came with a bolter with a scope.

As for the White Dwarf issues as long as you are willing to part with them I'll take them

I have been to the Post Office, and they said the parcel went out quite some time ago now But that is all they were able to tell me. The only other thing I can suggest, is that I send the space marine back to you... It is a shame, but it isn't your fault, so you shouldn't lose out

I have heard nothing And I sent your Space Marine back to you over two weeks ago... I am a bit pissed with the whole thing to tell you the truth... Not with you though! Just the whole situation. I mean I have lost both the model and the magazines! But, that's life. Have you not received the model yet?

I'm at wits end and the Post Office hasn't a clue where they could be since I have no documentation to offer.

Back when I did a little freelance work for a miniature painting company, I occasionally visited that site to post ogre-specific miniature threads. I found that the community was, overall, pretty supportive and friendly.

Piece of advice (in case you don't know), it's best off NOT to come on throwing accusations, whether they're true or not. Just ask if anyone knows how to get a hold of him. You can also try looking at some sort of members list (most sites have them) and see when the last time he logged in was (most have those, as well).

Also, check & see if they have a trading section and/or area for reporting BAD traders.

They have a trade section called the Gnoblar Market. MM is right, dont come off aggressive. Just have a copy of all your messages, a link to this thread, & say there has been a "misunderstanding" and you cant get a hold of him. Then if that doesnt work, it might be time to take off the gloves, file mail fraud,etc.

And its kinda funny, every single other trade I've made here on Btown has gone off with out a hitch. Hell I off loaded damn near 5000 points of Space Marines with no problems.

This one trade is the one buggering up the works.

Your claim about it being "well over a month" since you last heard from me is total lies.

As for the trade itself, your claims that the model has still not arrived is absolutely LUDICROUS! I sent it over 2-3 months ago, and quite honestly, I can't see how it hasn't arrived with you yet!

I have completed many trades, sales and buys on here, and haven't once had a negative response/feedback from the deal! I am not trying to con you out of the model, because, at the end of the day, it was worthless! It wasn't even complete.

I no longer have the Recorded Delivery Tracking Number, because, as I said, I posted it well over 2 months ago, and will have thrown it out once I deemed it of no further use.

Quite frankly, this deal has been disappointing, and I want nothing further to do with it.

If he had a DC#, he should have provided it to you when he got it. Then, he'd have had proof it was sent.

Do you think cross forum trade feedback is okay? I am not sure about it myself. I thought my above post was definetly in a grey area.

Also sometimes it's not how much you wronged it's the fact it happened. Reporting this may build a history that may result with him getting in trouble down the road. So while sometimes nothing will happen do to your compalint directly it may build the history needed to help others down the road. I know this to be true with much bigger problems than stolen mini's. So what ever Xi decides I wish him luck and keep us posted.

I think this is the best idea. According to his profile on Ogrestronghold, the kid is 17. I'll leave some cross forum feed back and see what happens.
