Andrew -
Calls have been made to Louisville and Cinci. The PO is working on it. I =
can't do a partial refund at this time as the money has been spent on =
other inventory. PLEASE BE PATIENT. I insured everything for full retail =
price (replacement cost). If the PO determines the packages to be lost, =
I will pay the sale percentage for what you're missing and add some =
money on top of it. I have never before had a problem like this. I'll =
let you know what I find out today.
Regards,
Sean

My name is David Hammond and I am Sean's brother-in-law. I also help him =
with his shipping. I will be preparing the item inventory sheets for the =
missing boxes and helping with the claims. I will review the shipping =
records from stamps.com to determine which parcels are missing, after =
which I will contact the insurance company and commence the claims.
I apologize for not getting back with you sooner. I've been out of town =
since early Monday AM with a family emergency. I am probably easier to =
get hold of than Sean. My day number is 270.422.5162. I work Weds-Sat =
4-12 so before 3 is best. I am also Youth Pastor at a local church, so =
Sundays are fairly impossible.
Andrew, please feel free to contact me by phone or email (the =
spt@insightbb.com address is fine). I am prepared to assist you however =
I can to help get this matter resolved.
Regards,
David

missing boxes and helping with the claims.
Regards,
David

It won't take months. The parcel insurance is through Fireman's Fund and
they resolve most claims within ten days of filing.

It won't take months. The parcel insurance is through Fireman's Fund and
they resolve most claims within ten days of filing.

Andrew -
I am working on your claims. My postmaster transferred to another PO last
week, but the new postmaster is up to speed on the situation. I will prepare
the letters for the insurance company and will fax them to you this weekend.
They will need to be signed and then faxed back to me. I apologize for not
getting back with you earlier, but my server has been down. Please email
with a fax number as soon as possible. I will fax some on Saturday and some
on Sunday (I've got to work around my regular work schedule and church).
Thank you for your patience,
David

Hi, Andrew -
The last one should be to you no later than Saturday afternoon. There were
quite a few extras that Sean packed in to the last pkg.. All but 3 claims
have been submitted to date, the one above and two that I just located
purchase records for this evening. We should be hearing something very
shortly on the first batch. I'll keep in touch.
Regards,

Regards,
David

Hi, Andrew -
I'm playing phone tag with the insurance company. I've got training today
and tomorrow and the Pastor is out of town so I'm covering all church
services this week as well as the church daycare. Please bear with me. I'll
email as soon as I hear something.

Andy -
I just faxed you a copy of both the insurance purchase record and the
postage history for your packages. Please call in the next 20 minutes if you
can if you have any questions. Otherwise I'll be tied up with feeding dogs
and church til about 8:30 EST. The insurance company will only deal with the
sender. They will more than likely contact you before paying out the claims.
Is there a number you can be reached at during the day? PLMK
Regards,
David
PS - I help Sean with his shipping. He has sold huge quantities of WH stuff
on ebay in the past. I can attest to the fact the boxes were packed and
shipped. I took most of them to the PO myself. Also, with pkgs shipped via
paypal or stamps.com, they are not scanned in until they hit a transfer
station - in our case either Louisville or Cincinnati.

Andy -
I'm also on Eastern time. I'll be at the church for the church daycare
Christmas program from 6pm to 8:30pm tonight. Please try to call before 6 if
you can. I'm working tomorrow and will be gone from 3pm to 1 am. Sunday is
completely tied up with church. We also have a sick baby in the house and
may have to take him to the doctor this afternoon. If by chance you miss me,
please leave a message and I'll return your call Monday at the latest.
David
