bad trade with mkwong

Bought some night goblins, goblin wolf riders, and a few pieces from the bfsp set from mkwong. Wolves were said to be painted up front, but wolf riders were said to be unassembled yet half of them were assembled and primed. Also, the contents of the command sprue were not included. mkwong acknowledged that the bits were missing (though didn’t say anything about the assembled wolf riders) and said he would send them. I requested that he send $4.50 instead so I could just buy the command bits and wolf rider leg bits (only parts of the riders I really needed) on ebay ($1 per auction and $2.50 shipping). After making this request mkwong did not reply, even after I sent a few more messages asking him what he was going to do. He didn't send the bits either.

I was only cheated out of a few dollars worth of bits in the end--most of the stuff he sent was fine and as described. It's just frustrating that he was unwilling to solve a very small problem. I’m just glad it wasn’t a bigger trade.

i know 30% isnt that high, but mind you the goblins are NOS, and the wolves are dcently painted and based, so i dont feel it warrants an additional discount. also dont forget i'm going to throw in the archers and spider riders. if there's any consolation, i will pack minimalistically so you dont have to pay much shipping. If you still want them, send me your address, i'm going to the post office today.

Hello, I got the order today--thanks for shipping it quickly. I am feeling a little lukewarm about what I received though. Some of the wolf riders are assembled and none of the command sprue pieces were included. everything else was fine though. Luckily both the command sprue bits and the wolf rider legs are both on sale for $1 each at hoard o bitz (an ebay store), plus 2.50 shipping. If you were willing to pp me the $4.50 it would cost to buy those bits that I still need then that would certainly solve the problem. Let me know what you think. -Jake

Thats ok, I know its hard to keep track of sprues. I think it would make more sense to send me the money for the bits, though. Sending the command sprue doesn't address the assembled wolf riders and it would probably cost about the same to ship them as it would to just pp me the money. If you disagree let me know your reasoning. -Jake
