The original trade was $50(via paypal), 36 white nights and 8 painted, and 10 or so archers and brazzers for the ogre kingdom army listed in the first message. I shipped out my goods on march 16th and paid the money the day before, it arrived to him on march 19th. i waited for my tracking number, didn't get it, and since march 26th he hasn't responded to my messages while having seen them and been on BT.

Oh i almost forgot, the majority of the bases have magnets in them, I uses shogun miniatures metal movement trays and they keep them snug to the tray. Just a fyi

if you have that tracking number, i would really like it buddy. Im not doubting that you sent it, i just have had problems with my USPS to my houswe before and my package took 3 days to get to you and it's been almost a week, and am thinking it might have been "droped off"(which means it hasn't and is at the postal office) or has been stolen off my proch

Finally made contact with cody about a week ago via emial as a last resort. I have already talked to his sheriff department and was planning a business trip to also press charges and submit paperwork to small claims courts. Under threats of legal action he agreed to send my stuff back immediately. I opened my package and it was missing 12 of the unpainted knights, all of the painted knights, all of the archers.

So contacted him today about the missing models.

The saga continues

^ Truth, Its considers outstanding debt to a uncleared debtor... Basically Something, that in his contract he agrees to not engage in. He can end up losing security clearance permanently and even getting his MOS/Rate reclassified due to it. The DoD doesnt kid around with this noise.

- Lower ratings Ship first.
- Buyer Pays First always! (except with Zero Rating)
- Ship Promptly! 48 hours of receiving payment or Trade, unless otherwise agreed. If you are taking the time to make a deal, take the time to treat it with respect.
- Will ship to Canada if buyer/trader covers shipping in excess of US Shipping cost (I ship in Flat Rate USPS Boxes)
- Paypal Transactions: Gift preferred. If you wish to use Goods and Services, you the buyer will be expected to pay service fee.

Do you have any updates? It has been a month
2+2=5 for sufficiently large values of 2.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

I use the Unofficial Porkuslime Trading Guidelines - if you have way less refs.. you ship first.

sorry for the reply, as of now (i hope) this is all/mostly finished, he seemed to have sold off about some of what i traded him already(which was already stated) i got back my money that i sent him via papal, and we agreed on him send me over another $100 on top of the $50 that i disputed,, and he still has only paid half of it. hopefully i will get the last of my payment and be done with this whole ordeal
