Painting bone from old WD

I don't recall the issue, but it was from several years ago. The issue was about TK and they listed a mix of paints using minwax, water, yellow ink and...?
I forget which color of Minwax and what else was in the recipe.
Does anyone have that old issue of WD or recall the mix?
I don't recall the issue number.
