PMs not sending
They're just being dumped into my outbox and not actually being sent.

Messages go to your outbox when you send them. When the recipient reads those messages they go to your sent box. Kind of a delivery notification if you will.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.
