This was the gist of the agreement between myself and Tech9. I can put up the rest of the PM's later if anyone would like to see them(e.g. mods?). The username was 'Tech9 ( 2 )'.

30 for the item and 15 for the shipping

This was about three weeks ago(just ain't bothered searching two dozen PM's right now), and I received a reply saying he'd received the money after I sent it, which was about a week later.

As you can see calebh124, I've been sent and address in Alta Loma, CA. I didn't find out until now that I was being !?*"ed with because I find the refs. system quite difficult to use without either a state location or an e-mail(And he only supplied the address to get the money order!! !?*&hole!), I'm thinking perhaps there might be a 'username' search function added as well.

actually if you would have looked there is already a post on this. And He could be one of 2 names, the one you said, and Simone Daily or something like that, as i forget the specific spellings.

And he has done this to about 10 or so people right now, including me. And he has only has a few days to fix things before he gets banned.

What's more, I am pretty sure Tech9 is two different people using the same user name. The address you posted is not the address I have for Tech9. My thought is that Max and Simone are buddies, and this is their "get rich quick" scheme.

What they don't realize is that if they haven't contacted people by Friday at midnight, Saturday morning, I call Alta Loma Police with their names and addresses and file criminal charges for fraud. I will also be taking him (them) to small claims court.

Max/Simone owe(s) me $110 or models, and if I don't get one or the other in the next 48 hours, then the legal system can settle it. I have a great deal of data on my side to back up my claims.

Having multiple addresses doesn't mean it's two different people. It's not unknown for the same person to use multiple addresses. And not just scammers either. I've had someone give me his work address one time and home address another.

US zip codes are either 5 digits or 9 digits. The one you have listed isn't valid. I think it should be 91737.

Nope, it's Simone who still owes me half of a High Elf army.

The Last one is the newest mage to come out. The one on foot NOT the one floating on that weird ball.

I received, in a box with only a few paper towels as cushioning:
A bunch of broken spearmen
A bunch of broken archers
8 broken Silver helms
8 Shadow Warriors broken off their bases
3 1/2 Bolt Throwers w/ crew (all broken)
1 hero with long bow
2 Chariots (all broken to bits)

I did not receive:
Hero w/ sword and shield
Hero white lions
Mage on foot
2 Great Eagles
2 Shadow Warriors

Did you buy the same army?

Yeah I had part of it I was getting:
20 spearmen
10 archers
2 Great Eagles
2 Bolt Thowers

OK I think there may be a problem here cause I'm getting about half of what was promissed to you.

Wow, I would like to throttle this guy. I hope we nail him good.

Of the stuff that was sent to me, the spearmen & archers were in such bad condition that I just put them up on ebay along with a ton of other high elves I was getting rid of. The bolt throwers are in there too. The item # is 8799029756. If you want to bid on it and you win it, I'll give you a discount like free shipping to help offset the bad taste of being ripped off by Simone/Max/Tech9/Whatever. The reason I bought his whole army was because it was a good deal, but I only really needed the chariots, heros and great eagles. (so of course I only got 2 chariots, 1 hero out of four, and no great eagles)
