Alternate "special weapons" ?

I need some help. Any company that makes some decent "special weapons" like meltaguns, plasmaguns, flamers, sniper rifles?? Getting GW bits is too tiresome. Im using Victoria Lams Victorian Guard (Praetorian Imperial Guard) so Space marine specials are too large. Imperial Guard specials have hands/arms, so don't quite match up. Im looking for decent sculpts/priced weapons without hands/arms that look similar to the GW weapons.
There are pics of some plasmaguns & sniper rifles on her site under the Guest Gallery- Steve Evans, Captain Kaines group. I asked about the bits used, but didn't get an answer.

Do you spend any time on Dakka? There are a couple companies that do regular updates there who make all KINDS of bits. Puppets War is the only one whose name comes to me right now, though.

maxmini and kromlech are nice but im not sure how well they fair on special weapons.

I have some of maxminis stuff. the plasma gun looking guns are about as tall as a guardsmen. Though the tesla cannon they make is just neat...

Actually, the plasma gun in in the first picture on that page. It is from Maxmini. You get five for ten bucks or so.

Cheap, decent. Some of the casts are off, but they've replaced any I had a problem with.
