Is the PM system down???

That about says it all.
Everything I try to post gets stuck in my outbox.
Is it me or the system?

Your message is in the outbox until the person logs in and looks at the message, then it goes to sent items. It's an unusual system, yes.

Thank you for responding so quickly.
I feel stupid for not knowing that's how it worked. I have never
noticed it before, here or anywhere else.
