RC baneblade?

I recently watched a few youtube vids of a number of gw tanks that had been converted into remote controlled versions of them selves and was quite struck by the idea. as i currently have a brand new baneblade kit on the way i am tempted to attempt to convert it into a RC tank. the idea as i understand it is to get my hands on an inexpensive RC tank that is approximately the same size and that is where my problem is. i can't seem to find out which scale of model the baneblade matches up with best. if anyone can give me some input as to which scale of model tank will best match a baneblade in size i would be greatly appreciative.

Possibly a 1/12 or 1/16 scale you'll have to get the dimensions n compare them to the Baneblade but I'm guessing it will be one of those two.

I'm getting a converted stormlord, into a chaos throne of magnus. supposedly it has lights. I'm going to look into making it R/C also..
