Well, as of this morning, I got his Paypal account closed. They said they are "working with the seller to recover my money," although I'm not sure what that means.
I've given the little shithead three weeks to respond to me and he hasn't. This afternoon, I call his house, and then I call the cops.

oh.. I forgot to mention that.. I don't know if I got his closed.. but they are going to get the money, when it comes.. supposedly..
I follow the idea LOWER references ships/pays first. It keeps things safer for anyone, as I would never desire to have to start over again. Nor would I want to loose the trust of any fellow gamers. That is how I ended up with my reference collection! I always follow through with my deal!

Hey just a question what can I do? I really know nothing other than I'm out $50 and some stuff and considering I payed with a money order that was prolly already cashed what can I do? I really wouldn't know how to get in touch with any legal people down there being you know 15 and all. I'd love any help i can get.

If you're 15, there's nothing YOU can do about it. You have to have your parents do it.
You want to contact your local and his local police depts.

Called the phone number I had today. Just a female voice on the machine. I left a message, but it makes me wonder if Simone really is the name and not an alias, and we're dealing with a Bonnie and Clyde here with Simone and Max.
I was polite in my message. If I don't hear back, next time, I will not be so polite, and I will have the name of a police detective to drop.
I held off on calling the cops only because I got a machine and not an actual person. I think I should at least talk to a real someone before I file a police report.
Also, and this is fun: In the state of Colorado, if I file in small claims court, Simone would have to come all the way here to defend him/herself. By subpoena.
Or automatically lose the case and face injuction, in which case, I can also collect all of my court fees.

Ok I've had it with Simone I'm giving him a week for some sort of proof tht he's sent my stuff to me and then I'm getting the cops here in Jacksonville involved and the cops in Mira Loma involved because I want either my money and stuff back or I want what I've been waiting on for about 2 1/2 months. And I'd post evidence of everything if I could but I delt with him over AIM and since then my computer has crashed and I lost everything so I can't provide much proof of our conversations but if it's nessesary I can scan mailing receipts or the part of the money order the sender keeps.

In response to the PM's the admins have now from "simone"....
Simone, if you are serious about your innocence, step up and cooperate by providing ALL information on Maxx's whereabouts, his contact information and.. if I were you I would STOP communicating with him and just CALL THE POLICE, he is using YOUR name (supposedly) to conduct FRAUD. You really want this cleared up, then do so but don't send the admins copies of messages with the names deleted on them and expect that as proof.
The evidence being provided is under Maxx's and Simone Daly's name... thus far we have seen nothing disputing ANY of that.
To everyone else, if you have already called the police out there I would strongly suggest calling "Simone's" number back and giving her the information of who is taking the case for the PD. That way, if she is being truthful in her PM's, she can walk the Officer through the events and eventually, hopefully walk them right to his DOOR STEP.

If she wasn't the one who ripped you off, and she's claiming ID theft and that Max is the real culprit, why would Max be sending some of your minis back under her name? If he was really laying the blame on her and getting away with it, why would he send anything back at all?
It doesn't add up.
Also, I keep seeing a recurring theme here, and that is this:
"I'm gonna give him x more days/weeks and then I'm really gonna get him!"

A law has been broken and you know the name of the person(s) involved. It's out of your hands at this point. Let the police and/or the courts decide how to mete out justice. It's THEIR job to determine who the guilty party is.
You need to do one thing and one thing only right now, and that is get in contact with the POLICE, and have your EVIDENCE ready.

when he called me, he said "I knew his email address"....he didn't leave a phone number and since I AM innocent, I obviously did not have a way to contact him....I am discussing all of this with the admins right now. Let's please not jump to conclusions as you do not know the situation at hand.
