I have received the full refund from PayPal. As far as I'm concerned, this is resolved. If he needs any help dealing with retrieving the package on his end, I'm willing to do whatever. I pointed him to kturock's post on here for potential solutions. For the record, the insurance tag is 13071300000186656818 and this was shipped to 53223 Woodstock Dr, La Pine, OR, 97739.

I did'nt know, I have changed it to my actual address three times! They keep changing it back. and yeah, not going to call my local pd to hear "sorry about your luck, let us know when it goes over 10k".
