Here lies the problem with the "trade refs dont mean much/buying is different than selling" theory.
Someone can have 0 or very few fake or low value refs then rip several people off for large amounts of money.
The odds are highly against someone with a very high rating(100+) doing the same thing.(e-tailers excluded)
Even so I would probably send some cash first/same time if they had a decent rating(50+),good communication, and no negatives.

Good luck to those scammed by this subhuman piece of excrement. I hope you get your money back.

This is why I hold to my "cash is considered goods" policy when dealing here.

If my rating is higher than yours, I don't care what the deal is, you're shipping first, even if money is involved.

I agree to an extent. Extenuating circumstances could get me to go 1st with a lower, or stay firm at receiving 1st from someone with higher. There's a 118 rating I wouldn't ship to regardless...
