Yeah you betcha, he told me that two months ago and I am only talking about a measly two charecters. That may not seem like much but I did a good paint job on them and they still are worth something.

Just for clarification, and since I have a possible deal in the works with this guy, what is the situation? If it's something I'd prefer to know now so I can cancel the deal with minimum damage. Thanks.

Seems <not smart> to me. I think any relationship no matter how miniscule should be built on a foundation of trust. He says hes trying to make things right so why does he start off by lying right away? Meh on that. And then meh on the fact that hes offering figures to somebody that someone else already sent him figures for. Thats complete and utter BS. I think people that rip people off on BT should pay all of us restitution because they are making it dangerous for us honest people. The people they rip off should get paid 2-3 times what was stolen from them. That'd make em go away.

Well today is the day of reckoning. I have collected information from 5 other individuals and have 2 more with information being provided by next Monday. Needless to say, none of us have seen anything from Mr. Jones, so on with the filing of charges. With this many people being screwed over, this one is going to hurt Steve.

I've sent a couple of e-mails to warhammer_wood_elf@yahoo.ca concerning a lord of the rings fellbeast miniature he owes me and haven't received a response back. I was wondering if anyone has received miniatures owed to them.

Sorry to hear that you were taken for like the rest of us. I received your email and I will contact you later this week. As of right now, there are 9 of us who are filing mail fraud charges against Mr. Steve Jones. Let's hope he takes this seriously. If anyone else has not received traded goods from Mr. Jones and you have yet to contact me, please do so. The more people pushing in these efforts, the more progress we will make.

Dude,
I think you are screwed on getting any miniatures back from this guy. Your best bet is to file mail fraud charges against Steve and join in the group with Dan. Something will eventually happen.
