Did that come through? Looking at it, I can only see half of the image...
Lower rating? I ask that you ship first. Also, if I offer a stupidly good deal and you try to negotiate even lower...don't call it bad communication that you didn't get a reply. I deleted the message.

Count me in for one of those shirts man
looks cool
Lower Rating? You ship first unless we agree otherwise regardless whether it's a sale or trade of miniatures. Feedback is there for a reason. This ISN'T Ebay, your Ebay Refs DON'T matter here, this is Bartertown! If your feedback is significantly lower, I expect you to ship first, even if I'm buying- Money carries greater risks than minis: I can't buy groceries with a box of Tac Marines! Offers are good for 24 Hours, otherwise void.

I am unable to attend and am not a warmachine player - but I know BITZJUNKIE well and after hearing him speak about this I figured the least I could do is put a post up on my wargaming blog.

The blogger community tends to be a little removed from the various forum communities so hopefully this will help get you some more exposure.

Re: Clash for the Cure 2011! American Cancer Society Warmac
Pre-Registration is up!
Here's the deal, $30 pre-registration, $35 at the door. There are a total of 48 slots, so pre-registration guarantees your spot.
So what do you get for registering?
Players get sandwiches provided by Subway at the venue. It's going to be a super-packed day, so I was trying to get attendees something to eat without having to leave the store.
My first idea of door prizes was for a Chinese Gift Exchange. I nixed that because of time. I still wanted to make it kind of random, so I have went with a "Pull Board" type of door prize giveaway. That means when you check in, there will be a board with 48 envelopes tacked to it. You pick one, open it, and win that prize just for being there! I have had quite a few companies donate some gaming products just for this. Things start out at about $20, but they can go all the way up to $50 or $60 in value. Have you looked at what Winsor & Newton Brushes Series 7 Bushes cost? There are 3 packages containing a set and a paint tray donated by (a company that doesn't advertise here). Dice towers, green stuff rolls (3ft ea), resin terrain, press mold making supplies, prints, etc. It's all gaming related or can be used in the hobby.
For people that pre-register, I also have an online coupon netting you 15% off your entire order. This place makes resin bases, scenery, paint washes, and a bunch of other cool stuff.
I also have some other super secret swag in the making as well. Gotta wait for confirmation before spilling the beans on it though.
All told, just adding up the free stuff, the actual cost is probably less than $10.
On top of that, up until the 16th of September, I will also be taking pre-orders for the Official Clash for the Cure Shirts as seen earlier in this thread. Shirts are $15 (+$2 for 2X, +$3 for 3X, etc all the way to 5X). I have to turn my order in by that date, so that will be the last chance for those.
Got questions? Send me a PM.
All payments can be made to my paypal account set up for this, clashforthecure@gmail.com.

Still WIP. Getting sandblasted and sprayed with something better than a spray can in the next few days.
Badging and bases to follow!

Give me a sense of humor Lord. Give me the grace to see a joke.
To get some humor out of life and pass it on to other folk.
I think what this situation needs is some imagination.

Re: Clash for the Cure 2011! American Cancer Society Warmac
Clash has 48 spots, and after tonight my number is 28 paid.
Big change from my WHFB days. The Indy GT I ran was at 90 players.
However, even at conventions like GenCon, the usual tournament size is 30-40, so having 28 paid with a month to go...I'm pretty happy with.
