I paid him $81 for some LOTR stuff. I mailed off his payment on 1-8-2007.

He hasnt responded to me in over a week.

If I dont hear from him by Friday I will be filing mail fraud charges.

anyone familar?

also have a left over uruk hai capt you can have.

It's a little fast to file mail fraud charges. You need to give him at least 30 days to get things to you. The PO won't do anything until 30 to 60 days have gone by.

When I havent heard from him in 3 weeks and before I got replies within minutes, something is fishy.

There is NO excuse to to respond or send in that amount of time.

My guess is mommy and daddy wont be happy talking to a postal inspector.

Hmm i'd follow and backup what shakespear is doing.

While I wouldn't do this in all cases, but this case i would.

The opposition is long too far for comfort. Has 0 rating (which I would never have paid first in the first place) and is too costly to let go.

No response - lack of responsbility on his part. His fault that he is going to get charges.

I would do it.
