So how many people are actually playing AoS???
IM just taking a lil survey here. How many people here are still playing 8th edition warhammer, and how many people are playing the new AoS version. Just a simple question and a simple answer is all im looking for.
Thanks Btown.

Whenever there isn't a 40k game available.
If we're trading: Lower ships first, even if its me.
If I'm buying: If you have a REASONABLE (>20) rating with no negatives, I'm paying first.
If I'm selling: You're paying first.
I always check Ebay before making/accepting offers. You should to. Fair market value >>>> "I feel they are worth X"
Offers good for 24hrs.
Well, well, well. If it isn't the consequences of my own actions.

Was planning on getting back in after a few editions away, took one look at the rules, backed the hell off.

I haven't seen a single person playing it and my LGS is trying to offload it.

I play AOS and enjoy it. THough Ogres are a bit overpowered atm. Unfortunately, My FLGS is having troubles with GW, so has stopped supporting 40k and WHFB, so its just me and two other guys. I'm building an Ironclawz army though... eager to play a mixed bag of Destruction

I play AoS and really enjoy it, though a Fantasy player since 1994.
AoS is much larger here in my town than 40k, Fantasy almost non existing. Card players being the most prevalent.
Our club had a recent poll asking if you lost all of your Warhammer armies in a fire, would you do anything different or stay the same.
We had some that would buy the same armies, some that would start a new army. But the more interesting were the ones who said they'd not get back into 40k but would get into AoS. No one wanted to start up 40k new.

From what I can tell, the General's Handbook saved Age of Sigmar.
I have clients who play Age of Sigmar, and some who play 9th Age (the fan update to 8th edition).
I can't always tell whether people are playing Age of Sigmar or 40k with their Daemons (since the bases are the same now)

Re: So how many people are actually playing AoS???
Pretty much this. Until General's Handbook came out, and they totally revamped force organization in AoS, it was pretty much dead here. I had ZERO interest in the game until they did that. Now here I am planning out a Slaanesh army for it.gardenninja wrote: ↑Thu Aug 03, 2017 8:27 pmFrom what I can tell, the General's Handbook saved Age of Sigmar.

I started playing AOS a few months ago and just got two of my friends into it. It's a lot of fun.
