As am I. I was nearly taken by tech9 for the marine codex and helbrecht stuff myself. I asked him to wait till the money could transfer into my paypal, when it had...no response...Good luck to the rest of you. Dont let up on him and make sure you get what you paid for.

As it turns out, the package was for my wife. So I have still received nothing.

His time is almost up with me.

Who would like to phone the Rancho Cucamonga police? Who would like to phone the little shithead directly?

I think judgedoug is probably right in the end. Making half a dozen harrassing phone calls probably isn't necessary. I bet one will suffice.

I remember someone saying they have a friend who is a lawyer. Perhaps armed with the list of people and complaints above, said lawyer could call the residence. If whoever answers is belligerent, then we could phone the police.

yes, my father is a lawyer.
although, i wasn't planning on getting him involved, rather i was just going to use it as a verbal weapon.
something like "yeah?, well my dad is a lawyer!" kind of retalliation.

Perhaps you could tell him the situation and ask him to call? It would be particularly beneficial to have a lawyer representing us.

If you did not get everything you expected, then you have still been ripped off. It's a ploy these asses use. Once they feel the heat, they send something out, hoping that you'll cut your losses and be happy that you got SOMETHING more.

I have to add my name to this scam list too.

I bought terrain from Tech9 back in late March. He claimed it was being mailed out on the 30th and then failed to provide tracking info that he charged an extra dollar for. I paid right away for shipping and tracking info, using Paypal. And I have kept all the time stamped communications that we had up until March 30th.

No communications since then and he is ignoring my emails. Also I tried his hotmail account and it came back as a mialer demon, invalid account. I want my terrain that I paid for Tech, if you are reading this!

And the stuff better be as was pictured, since your one email claims it is exactly what is pictured, right down to the painted details. See link:

$61 is $61. I would rather have the terrain but I wont be backing down on this either.

Oh, I don't want to settle for that. I want the rest of my models, or the money it cost to buy them.

My army still needs those command figures I paid for 7 weeks ago!

I received my shipment today from tech9. As has apparently been the case with my fellow traders, the trade was incomplete. Out of 7 sections of river, I received three pieces. The bridge was broken as well.

Tech, please send the rest of the river sections and we will call it a deal. I can fix the bridge but I want the rest of the sections please.

People like this REEEEEAAAALLLLYY tick me off.

When I was talking to him about those ruins (that I didn't fall for), he tried to pawn that river off on me, too (well, HALF of it, apparently).

Fortunately, I already had one, or I'd be that much angrier.

Has anyone else heard anything from tech9? He asked me to "email him to confirm" so I emailed him and haven't heard anything, and that was a week ago!
