I wanted to see how many hours before I could post a new ad in the 40K section. I know my seven days is up tomorrow from my last pot, but I was looking to see when tomorrow I can post a new add.
7 days x 24 hours = 168 hours.
This is the response I got:
Sorry, your last post was 613 hours, 46 minutes, and 46 seconds ago in this forum.
The Bartertown rules (specifically rule #13) require that your new posts are at least 7 days apart.
Please feel free to edit/update your original post until then.

Bottom line is that the part of the code that SHOWS you your remaining time's screwed up. I think it's more headache that it's worth to fix right now, IIRC, time-wise.
All you have to do is look at your last ad. The site calculates the time down to the MINUTE for posting. So, if you posted on Jan 1, 2013 @ 12:01 am, you can't post another ad in that forum until Jan 8, 2013 @ 12:02 am.
I hope that helps.
Eric

Give me a sense of humor Lord. Give me the grace to see a joke.
To get some humor out of life and pass it on to other folk.
I think what this situation needs is some imagination.

Want my help with a BTR or backout? All messages sent/posted should be in CHRONOLOGICAL order. Otherwise, I just won't read it.
I took a second look at this. The math was correct, but I had a very simple oops in the formatting of the text. The word "days" was missing. That should be 6 days, 13 hours ... not 613 hours.
It has been fixed, and should make * a lot* more sense now. Apologies for the confusion.
