You just pmed me threatening to knock my teeth out, internet tough guy. Maybe you should grow up and stop trolling internet forums to make up for inadequacy. Oh and thanks for pointing out how much more you know about bartertown then me, I will only cede that point to you, if you acknowledge that I know more about everything else in the world, then you will ever imagine. :)

I did report the PM and sent you a reply of my own. I didn't feel the need to make a spectacle like you want to do, but my offer is very serious if you want to threaten me like you did; we can do this legally and then you might not try to threaten, attack or disrespect your superiors.

Try posting some facts in your case instead of attacking me or others. That's what guilty people do - threaten, insult, bluster change the subject & deflect.

You attacked me, on here and in PMs. I've said all there really is to say. I understand why flyingwhale might be upset and have a right to post even if I did not take that money from him, but who are you? You're just an angry little man stuck in your corner sending out desperate shots in the dark for attention.

You got it, do you enjoy the attention? Does it help ease the pain of knowing you are just another mindless drone?

If anyone should be angry here it's me.

Starslayer I do appreciate the support.

IdentifyZero please do not try to turn this into a flame fest. You're not helping your case by attacking me and starslayer.

I would appreciate you stop harassing me and other member who try to stick up for me.

The Admins will come to a verdict. Arguing with established members will do nothing.

Guys...

I still think it proper to simmer down and await an admins help on this though. I'm sure that a few pms have reached them and they are reviewing all the information provided in the thread.

I don't know if there has been any rational discussion between FW and IDZ about what happened, but it shouldn't be too far down this path to have a meeting of the minds ;).

@IDZ, I understand the need to elaborate on your personal background to some degree in order to maintain your position, but take a different road when calling an established member like SS out on any issue. If you feel threatened, you need to send a PM to one of the admins (as it sounds like you have)... Period.

Admittedly, you left a retaliatory ref and the powers that be aren't kind with that. All members are important here and your voice is as well. But, considering the last few posts, it just made it that much harder on your issue by going further with things.

This hobby and BT are meant to be fun, but respectful too. Wait for an Admin.

@SS, I see where you are coming from too and it doesn't add up to a lot of folks either. It's more prudent to wait this out and see what MM, Lin or Pork mention next.

You're a top-notch member of BT and earned your stripes. Support FW, but refuse to get into this flame war any further.

Everyone just shut the f*** up. You're acting like a bunch of damned children.
I'll look into what I need to and make decisions.

Anyone posting here who does not meet BOTH of the following criteria WILL receive a week vacation - no exceptions.
a) You are DIRECTLY related to this issue
b) You have NEW and APPLICABLE information relating to this thread.

Note that Admin adding information, etc are the only exceptions to the above.
Also note that "NEW and APPLICABLE" does not include barbs, jests, threats, claims of innocence, etc.
The same thing goes to taking the argument to other public threads (I don't really care how immature you act within the confines of your own PM inbox).

I'm not kidding, either. I'm busy as Hell already, and now I've got to deal with grown men acting like children?
Nope. Not happening.

Next inappropriate post gets a week to air out without so much as an email, and if you get ticked and hold it against me... screw it. I don't really give a rat's red rip.

Eric

Also, IZ? It's not libel if there's no attempt to defame (if it's true or reasonably appears as such)... and your Canadian laws don't mean crap, since our servers are housed in the US. So, stop wasting your time with empty threats.

I have been following this thread closely for the past few days and I feel that I should come forward with this information.
I was undergoing another trade with IdentifyZero when suddenly communication stopped and the packages failed to arrive.
I later found out through mutual friends that IZ's ex-wife had gained access to his accounts both online and financially
and had proceeded to sell all of his product and possessions to other people.I was able to purchase some items back and
had them returned to the original owner.I hope that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible as I feel that the situation has
escalated way more than it should have.

Evidence? And how, given your disparate locations, did you come to have this knowledge?

It is not relevant to the issue in questions.

So got some new evidence here..... Sort of puts a nail in the coffin that IZ is being less than truthful.

Luckily a post that I originally replied to on bartertown is still on here.

Quoted is the army I was supposed to have finished painted and bought.
Also up for sale, not yet listed, Draigowing GK Army of roughly 1750 points, the Paladins/Librarians are mostly painted, well but not yet finished:

Lord Kaldor Draigo
Librarian (Custom Conversion)
Brother-Captain Stern (Used as a Justicar)
9 Paladins (Armaments vary)
Vindicare Assassin
Eversor Assassin
Dreadknight

This will be listed up on Ebay starting at $199.
I was in the process of magnetizing the arms, so most of the paladins need arms re-attached, which I plan to do before the auction. If someone on Dakka wants them, I'll take $175 as is + shipping.
This shows that the army was posted on Btown at some point. <---- This Ad has been deleted recently in the past two weeks but luckily I have screen shots all will be posted below.

I took a look at his matching Dakka dakka account recently and well well he is talking about my painting commission.

http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/po ... ge#3594901

Time frame matches as well.... It's only a few days after I sent paypal. He specifically mentions being commissioned to paint a Draigo and a Dreadknight and that is exactly what I gave him $100 to paint.

It's long so I took the liberty of quoting a few gems

I cannot wait to do it, I've been talking about it RL forever. I'll be started as soon as I get my models delivered and finish the paid work I have (Draigo and Dreadknight). I'll post pictures of those as I work on them.

He's referring to paid work for a draigo and a dreadknight around after we made a deal, in which he is denying?

lol... Failure is waiting for 1 hour watching auctions in a foreign country only to be told you cannot bid when you try to bid snipe @ 10 seconds...

Anyways, I'll post some pictures of what I am working on for a client today, just a brief preview:

Kaldor Draigo - Have created a base with cities of death pieces, plan to get Draigo about 1/2 - 3/4 done this evening.

I also have a Dreadknight to work on for him, but I'm definitely going to airbrush that to save overall time. I thought of airbrushing Draigo but I don't have a good enough brush to be do fine detail with, maybe I'll invest in one next (would be smart with all I buy and work on).
Again talking about his commission. My name is never mentioned but common do we really think he got two simultaneous commissions for the same model at the same time. I also specifically asked for those models to be painted.
As for GK, I really want to avoid that codex or using anything from it. I already played GK before (Had purifier army, draigowing army, henchmen force) 3 seperate armies I made all 2k each and I sold them all. I always liked SoB though, I just don't want to run an army of 70 models with all the exact same pose and look and did I mention the amount of metal?
Just for some extra flavour here is him making reference to draigo wing army that was supposed to be mine.

Hello,

It's been established I was not using my Bartertown account when that was posted and nothing was deleted by me within the past 2 weeks that I know of in terms of advertisements or posts up on this website.

The blog pictures you link have me stating I do NOT use Bartertown and I prefer DakkaDakka.

You also link more issues of marital strife of mine (Awesome) thank you.

This army was originally intended for Chris and along with many other items was taken. Several items were currently being sold on Bartertown that I had listed on Dakka from what I am gather, imagine my surprise to find an empty storage locker down the road and coming home from work one day to find most of my stuff; even stuff she had no use for such as Warhammer.

Chris purchased back a great deal of it for me to help me get back on my feet, good thing for friends.

Okay Admins I am trying very carefully not to turn this back into a flame fest but I am going to say things everyone is thinking.

The posts purpose was to show that IZ is in fact discussing my painting commission through another avenue which was not "hacked".
It's been established I was not using my Bartertown account when that was posted
No it has not. IZ has simply made claims of being hacked. The main purpose of these screenshots was to show that he is discussing a painting commission which matches my own. Days after. For this story to be true IZ would have had to have his Dakka Dakka hacked as well and that person decided to make small talk about my painting commission.
and nothing was deleted by me within the past 2 weeks that I know of in terms of advertisements or posts up on this website.
The post was removed sometime between now and my bad trader reference as his reference level is at a 6 (which was caused by my bad reference, also I have an actual time stamp but the original picture is on my home computer.) Regardless of being deleted by IZ or not. It shows that the army was on Btown around the same time as our deal.
The blog pictures you link have me stating I do NOT use Bartertown and I prefer DakkaDakka.
IZ uses Btown, in fact he had to use Btown to make this post. He has been a member since June 7 2011 9:36pm. He may prefer Dakka Dakka but he uses Btown...
You also link more issues of marital strife of mine (Awesome) thank you.

Sorry not my intention in anyway the link is there to show that IZ is discussing a matching painting commission same time frame and everything.
IZ's story bothers me on many levels. I contacted IZ via Facebook, Text, Dakka Dakka, and his e-mail account breakonthrough@gmail.com (which is verified as his he even used to try and make another deal which lead to a second bad trader report on IZ which can be seen here ---> viewtopic.php?f=103&t=170493). IZ would have noticed something was off. IZ at one point claimed to a Btown admin who helped me track him down "that I got my stuff", which conflicts with his "I been hacked" story. ( I tried for awhile to resolve this without posting negative things)

Chris purchased back a great deal of it for me to help me get back on my feet, good thing for friends.
Bringing up another Btown member serves no purpose when he also has no proof... ( this in no way is slander towards Chris)

So there we have it. IZ has had 8 months to make good on this deal. IZ has chosen to instead send me 2 bad reference and harass me and other members instead.
